- 2 free-range eggs
- 80g ripe cherry tomatoes
- 75g cottage cheese
- 2 sprigs of fresh dill

- Heat the Aubergine Shakshuka in a 24cm non-stick frying pan according to packet instructions. Once bubbling, crack in the eggs, then cover and cook to your liking (about 5 minutes for cooked whites).Meanwhile, quarter the cherry tomatoes.Spoon the shakshuka into a Big Love Dishy Bowl, sprinkle over the tomatoes and dot over the cottage cheese, then pick over the dill and finish with a little zaβatar, if you like.Beautiful served on a Dishy BowlΒ from Jamie's Big Love serveware collection.
