🥘 Ingredients
- 8 3/4 ounces Plain Flour
- 4 1/2 ounces cold butter
- Cold water
- Strawberry jam
- 2 3/4 ounces golden caster sugar
- 2 3/4 ounces butter
- 5 1/4 ounces cornflakes
- 2 1/2 fluid ounces golden syrup
👩🍳 Instructions
- Rub butter and flour together. Add enough water to make a dough. Chill.
- Push into whatever tin you'd like. Blind bake at 340°F for 20 minutes.
- Melt sugar, butter and golden syrup in a pan. Add cornflakes and coat entirely in the mix.
- When tart case is cool, spread with jam.
- Add cornflakes on top and bake at 340°F for 15 minutes.
- Let cool completely before cutting.
